The Winteringham Village Calendar 2009!

Winteringham was described in the village guide by C E Trimmer in 1912 in these glowing terms:
“North Lincolnshire has a charm, all its own, and Winteringham one of the most beautiful of all English Villages, that is saying much, is the Queen unsurpassed of all the surrounding villages, beautiful as they are.”

Modern Winteringham, off the beaten track and built on the rising slopes of the Lincolnshire Heights by the mighty River Humber, has somehow succeeded in maintaining the beauty described almost a century ago!

Now the Winteringham Village Hall Committee have produced a calendar for 2009 celebrating the seasons through photos taken by the villagers themselves.

The calendar makes an excellent present, a very special Christmas gift, a reminder to Winteringham folk across the world, or a glorious keepsake for yourself, family or friends!

So take the opportunity of buying one or more copies whilst stocks last, and have a year long reminder of the Queen of English villages!

The Winteringham 2009 Calendar is now sold out.

Our thanks to all the contributors for making the calendar a great Winteringham memento, and to all our customers for snapping up the prints, and further reprints!
